Julio’s Mexican Food has a history rooted in family tradition and authentic recipes. The first Julio’s restaurant, known as Julio’s Cafe Corona, opened in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, in 1944, with just four tables. Julio and Guadalupe Ramirez focused on serving traditional Mexican dishes made from family recipes. In 1981, the first Julio’s in El Paso opened, initially as Julio’s Cafe Corona, and has since expanded to multiple locations while staying true to the original recipes
